Why there is a queue

The city has a fixed number of slots. When they are all taken, new arrivals wait in a queue rather than being turned away. The server is open — nobody is refused entry, and there is no whitelist application to get in.

How priority works

Priority moves you up the queue. It never skips it entirely, and it never removes anyone who is already in the city.

There are three tiers:

• Bronze
• Silver
• Gold

Your tier is shown on the home page once you sign in with Discord. If it says you have none, you have none.

Priority follows your Discord account

Priority is attached to the Discord account you sign in with here — not to your character, your Steam account, or your licence. Sign into the city with the same Discord account you use on this site and it applies automatically.

Grants apply within seconds. If yours has not appeared after a few minutes, open a Donation / Priority ticket.

What priority does not do

Priority buys time, and nothing else. It does not buy money, items, vehicles, whitelisted jobs, leniency in a ticket, or a different standard of treatment from staff. See rule 7.4.
